Early Birds
• For children at St Paul’s Primary School and Hampton Dene Primary School.
• Week days, term time only, from 7.50am
• Children are supervised and escorted to school.
• All staff have undergone a fully enhanced DBS check.
• Strict children to staff ratios with staff meeting qualification criteria as well as paediatric first aid requirements.
Early Birds pricing structure are as follows:

- It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel sessions.
- Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged unless 7 days’ notice is given.
- Parents must inform the office by email if their children are arriving late at after school club due to attending an extra-curricular club.
- For Breakfast and After School clubs we are not able to swap sessions unless the 7 days’ notice is given.
- Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged.
- All bookings must be made prior to arriving onsite. If you arrive on site and have not booked your child will not be accepted until a booking is made.
